MT CAMPAIGN is a 100% free digital marketing and rewards platform. We will never ask you for money, deposits, registration fees, or investments of any kind. We do not offer or promote gambling, betting, or real-money gaming. We simply reward you for your time and participation in promotional campaigns.
1. Eligibility and Account Rules
To maintain a high-quality network for our advertisers, all users must adhere to the following account rules:
- Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years old, or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use MT CAMPAIGN.
- One Account Per Person: You are strictly allowed only one (1) account. Creating multiple accounts on a single device, or using multiple devices to manage a single user's network of accounts, is strictly prohibited.
- Accurate Information: You agree to provide accurate and complete information, including valid UPI or bank details, to receive your payouts.
2. How the Reward System Works
MT CAMPAIGN acts as an intermediary. We display promotional tasks (offers, app installs, surveys) provided by third-party Advertisers. When you complete a task, the Advertiser's system verifies your action.
You acknowledge and agree that:
- Rewards are only credited to your MT CAMPAIGN account after the Advertiser successfully tracks and approves the completion of the task.
- If an Advertiser’s tracking system fails to record your completion, or if they reject your lead for poor quality, MT CAMPAIGN cannot and will not issue a reward. We rely entirely on the Advertiser's postback data.
- The earnings displayed in your app are for tracking purposes and do not hold real-world monetary value until successfully withdrawn to your bank/UPI.
3. Zero Tolerance Anti-Fraud Policy
Our business relies on providing genuine, high-quality traffic to our advertisers. If advertisers receive fake traffic, they stop paying us, which means we cannot pay our honest users. Therefore, we have a zero-tolerance policy for fraud.
Engaging in any of the following activities will result in the immediate, permanent ban of your account and the complete forfeiture of all pending earnings:
- Using Virtual Private Networks (VPNs), Proxies, or IP-masking tools to spoof your location.
- Using Emulators, Virtual Machines, or rooted/jailbroken devices to complete tasks.
- Using automated scripts, bots, auto-clickers, or macro software.
- Attempting to manipulate, hack, or bypass MT CAMPAIGN's security protocols or the Advertiser's tracking links.
- Submitting fake, stolen, or generated information during sign-ups or surveys.
4. Payouts and Withdrawals
When you reach the minimum withdrawal threshold, you may request a payout to your designated UPI ID or Bank Account. By requesting a payout, you agree to the following:
- Verification: All withdrawal requests are subject to manual or automated fraud checks. If suspicious activity is detected, your payout may be delayed or cancelled.
- Processing Time: While we strive for fast payouts, processing times depend on our payment gateway partners and banking networks. Delays caused by bank holidays or network downtime are outside our control.
- Taxes: You are solely responsible for reporting and paying any applicable taxes on your earnings as per the laws of India.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability
MT CAMPAIGN is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the continuous availability of the app, the availability of specific campaigns, or the guaranteed tracking of advertiser tasks.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MT CAMPAIGN, its owners, developers, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the platform, device bans, or rejected payouts by advertisers.
6. Modifications to the Terms
We reserve the right to update, modify, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Significant changes will be reflected by an updated "Effective Date" at the top of this document. Your continued use of MT CAMPAIGN after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
7. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms, your use of the app, or payout discrepancies shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.
